    Thought I'd share this image with everyone as I'm quite proud of it (Its just a pity about the splodge in the bottom right corner).
    Its Wolfgangs Testarossa. 12 of us from the European section just spent 5 days in Tuscany. This was taken at sunset in the hills above Montalcino...enjoy

    That's not a "Splodge", it's a solar flare, off the optic coating of the lens!

    I think it adds drama and effect to the overall image, IMO.
    Think of it as the Gods of Fate interacting with your mortal attempt at artistic composition......I get them in my snaps, from time to time.

    Simon - what a beautiful picture. You have a great eye - I love the filtered sunlight and the angle of the TR. I'll tell you right now that I am "liberating" that picture for my own collection. :)
