September 15, 2002, Italian GP, Monza.
The Tifosi’s went crazy after Ferrari dominated the race again. Schumacher slowed his car down in order to let Barrichello win the race. Second place went to Michael Schumacher.
Model shown is one of my built Tameo version.

September 29, 2002 United States GP, Indianapolis
Ferrari was in charge of the US GP again. Schumacher slowed down about 30 foot brior crossing the white line to have both Ferraris crossing the white finish line together, Barrichello misunderstood and went by Schumacher crossing the line first. The press did not like that at all, and again the Scuderia even not at fault this time, Ferrari was warned by Max Mosley FIA official not to let this happen again.

Model shown is a special limited built, by a small shop in California. The ultimate driver Schumacher figures was also done by the same place.

Conclusion for the season 2002, a great year for the Scuderia by winning the Constructors Championship again.
For Michael Schumacher it was his fifth World Champion Title.

    The season 2003,

The F2003-GA was named after the deceased Fiat-CEO, Gianni Agnelli, the F2003-GA is the forty ninth single-seater built by Ferrari to compete in the Formula 1 World Championship. The basic design concept is unchanged from that of the F2002. Attention has been paid to optimizing aerodynamic efficiency in addition to further lowering the car’s centre of gravity. All areas of the car have been completely redesigned in an effort to get the maximum performance out of the new 052 engine and the Bridgestone tires.
At its first outing, Michael Schumacher drove the F2003-GA to a lap record on the Scuderia's test track, Fiorano.

Maranello, 7th February 2003, the Press presentation of the new F2003GA was done by
Montezemolo and Todt. Uncovering the F2003GA was performed by Schumacher, Barrichello, Badoer and Massa.
    Model shown is a BBR-BG243

    March 9,2003 Australian GP, Melbourne
Bad season start for Ferrari, Schumacher started on intermediate tires. Wrong choice made by Ferrari. Result was fourth place.

March 23, 2003 Malaysian GP, Sepang
After Melbourne, this was another poor weekend for Ferrari. In Sepang Barrichello saved Ferraris face by placing second place.
April 6, 2003 Brazilian GP, Sao Paulo
It rained at the start and the race ran in a heavy downpour. Both Ferraris did not make the podium, Schumacher crashed, Barrichello having fuel problems.

April 20, 2003 San Marino GP, Imola
It was a very tragic weekend for the Schumacher brothers, they received a call from the Hospital in Germany, there beloved mother has just past away.
It was a huge emotional wrench for Michael and Ralf Schumacher. Even though Michael was in emotional grief, he still was able to win the San Marino GP.
Ferrari was still using last years F2002 do to engine reliability.
Model shown is a Quattro Ruotine36
and a set by BBR-EX09 with a Schumacher figure hand-made in California.

May 4, 2003 Spanish GP, Barcelona
The Scuderia’s new F2003GA was not puss*footing around on its official grand prix debut. Michael Schumacher wins in the new car, taking a second consecutive victory.
    Model shown is a BBR-BG244.

May 18, 2003 Austrian GP, Spielberg
Michael Schumacher pulled off another stunning exploit at the Austrian GP.
He won the Grand Prix, even though his car caught fire during his first pit stop. The incident cost him 20 seconds, but Michael remained calm in the cockpit while the mechanics put out the flames.

June 1, 2003 Monaco GP, Monte Carlo
There was no joy to be had at Ferrari. Schumacher 3rd and Barrichello 8th place.

June 15, 2003 Canadian GP, Montreal
In Montreal, Michael Schumacher took his fourth GP win of the season.
    Barrichello came in fifth place.
Model shown is a BBR-BG245, and my built Tameo F2003GA version.

June 29, 2003 European GP, Nürburgring
Montoya and Schumacher engaged in a merciless battle again, which ended up Michael being in fifth place.
    July 6, 2003 French GP, Magny-Cours
Schumacher finished third. There was a serious malaise in the Scuderia camp, were the Bridgestone tires were being blamed for the poor performance.

July 20, 2003 British GP, Silverstone
Barrichello took the hat trick. Pole position, fastest lap and winning the GP.
Model/set shown is BBR-EX10 with self painted Denizen figures.

August 3, 2003 German GP, Hockenheim
Michael Schumacher would have finished second in the German GP, but a puncture with only four laps to go. Todt was saying, “This has been the hardest and most disappointing race of the season”.

August 24, 2003 Hungarian GP, Budapest
Crisis at Ferrari, Schumacher only eight place. Ferrari were having big problem with the Bridgestone tires.

September 14, 2003 Italian GP, Monza
After five races without a win, Schumacher was back in the winners circle. For Michael after so many barren races, this victory came as a big relief.
Model shown is my built Tameo F2003GA

September 28, 2003 US GP, Indianapolis
Having won the US GP, Michael Schumacher now only needed one point to take his sixth world championship title.

    October 12, 2003Japanese GP, Suzuka
For Ferrari, it was a total triumph as the team picked up the Constructors title for a fifth consecutive year. Even though, Schumacher finished only in eight place, but that one point he received, notched up his sixth title, setting up a new outright record.
    Winner in Suzuka was Barrichello.
Models shown is my built Tameo open version with Denizen figure Schumacher and engineer. Also a BBR-EX11 set with Schumacher figure.

This concludes the season 2003, for Michael Schumacher it was a very difficult year, but he was able to clinch his sixth World Champion title.

Please be aware, that not all Schumacher models from season 2003 be posted at one time.
To keep it more interesting, each day two season GP models are posted. Stay tuned!
