    So what's the deal?.... Williams BMW can't even have a coffee machine working... is this an online petition to have them booted out of F1? "Hummmm let's drive this car around until it explodes. O wait, that isn't even part of the car! I'm a mechanic for this team and I have no idea what that part does. I had better hide it and not tell anyone."
