worst colour for models?

    in my collection there are 3 black cars (Testarossa Spyder F40 & Maranello) at first I thought they were cool because of their rarity but now I realize that Black color actually hides those car's lines and they look plain boring, to the point that I regret having them. Does anyone else complain about this particular color? or is it me solely? BTW whenever I spot a scale Maranello in it's traditional red color I find me wishing it was mine instead of my black one.

    Black works well on certain types of cars. Not so much with Ferraris IMO.

    You are right to s degree, black only looks good on certain Ferrari models IMO. The F40 is NOT one of them.

    White is the color I typically hate on real cars as well as models.Few cars seem to look good in white.The only white model I have is a autoart lotus esprit turbo from the bond films.Green is another color I don't care for.Especially on sports cars.

    I have the 365/GTB, F355 GTS, F50, 512M, 550 Barchetta,and 328 GTB in Black. Some models like the 355 looks good, other models like the 328 GTB not so good. The 512M looks Great, as does the F50 and 550 Barchetta. I bought the black ones because of the rarity and to add colour to my collection. I guess that maybe it's just the mood that I am in. When I look at my Black 355 GTS compared to my Yellow GTS, Black wins. When looking at my Black 328 GTB compared to my Red 308 GTB, Red wins. Or is it just me?

    I wanna mention that EricW is actually an artist! what inspired photo work he does!!! always leave me spechless ( in fact I have started to take Pictures the way he does ) hope my pics are half good as his. though soon I'll post some.

    Well, Thank you. I enjoy making my models look realistic and I have a lot of fun photographing them.

    I've even had fun placing my models in my parking lot next to my car. Playing around with photoshop.

    Eric W does it again!!! I really believe that you have a lot of fun doing your photoshoop!!! I have a good time just by looking at your art. does your wife support your madness? Mine keeps complaining about my hobbie how you deal with that? anyone.....

    BTW, to answer the question, I like my black 328 GTS and black 348 GTS altough they aren't the best looking in my collection.
    I would love to own a black F355 GTS or Spider.
    Worst color is a matter of taste. I like most colors Ferrari's are available in.
    A mint green or pink one must be really horrible!
