The big finance news over the last few days was the Canada-EU Free Trade deal that was just agreed upon. It's now due to ratify in 2 years' time.

I'm not sure about prices in the EU and elsewhere but my observations have been that Canadian prices for new Ferraris are significantly higher than those in the US. Keeping in mind that standard items and options may differ between US and Canadian cars. The base price on my California 30, excluding Canadian options was approx. $235k. As optioned with various delivery charges, it came up to about $288k, before taxes.

There is currently a whopping 6.1% Canadian tariff on EU passenger vehicles.

So I am really curious to see if Ferrari North America will pass on the full 6.1% value of the tariff elimination in 2 years' time. For my car, that's theoretically a whopping $17.6k + 13% tax or $19.8k!
