That paint is not normal. Mine has 34,000 original miles and looks way better than that. Whoever did the painting did a very poor job. Either poor prep before the paint or not the proper high temp paint. A proper paint job should last for many years.
The covers are not really a problem for me You have stated the car had a rough life so far The movement from dealer to dealer and think you an owner in thee somewhere with a lager mount money spend to bring a better price is not uncommon but dealers like quick flips with little money in and a lot out paint on covers ,story’s where the car was and no papers of maintenance history only leads you more of a reason to get a PPI you are spending a lot of money that can be put to other maybe better cars that are out there so spending 1k to know what you are getting into is well worth it because after you purchase it it can cost so much more If you are willing to “roll the dice” and go on your gut all I can tell you there’s not alot or if any diamonds in the rough when it comes to Ferrari’s Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
No, I don't want to roll the dice As I wrote few messages before: I think I'll pass... If the car were around 60K€ I l might have try, but not at this price.
Smart move —— if that’s your price to go with (€40k) then maybe have a PPI done and stand at your price — you will be surprised what happens the way the car moves around they just might take it but again you will need to put some money in to it with out knowing the out come Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
