    I'm not sure I will ever own a car that he would want to drive, but if I did and he wanted to drive it, that would be OK with me....

    You probably told him to buy his own. :D

    I had Alf as my driving instructer on a John Bowe driving day at Sandown. He was very good. That same day both Jamie Whincup and Will Davison were also working as instructers along with the usuals of Paul Stokell etc etc. Over lunch I was chatting to Jamies and Will and at that time they were both trying to work out where to get their next drive. Great guys and good to see they are both doing well in the V8's. They were really genuine down to earth poeple.

    I can understand them feeling that way from what I saw of his performance in the Le Mans historics.

    Who's going to tell Stirling Moss that he's a liability on track though?
    At Le Mans they couldn't even work up the courage to insist on basic safety criteria everyone else complied with.
