I am considering this. I know there are different types but I am canvassing opinion. Please discuss. Does anybody have pictures?

sure, the 458 rims are sweet! I think either 458 set would look good. Need to check the offset though.

Wouldn't it be easier to use the whole wheel, and not just the rim of the wheel, on the car?
    Probably wouldn't look too bad, considering . . . . . .

I dont think they would fit. Would probably have to use the 16M 5 spoke wheel. See what the experts say?

Are you looking at this set? I like these better than the other style, but either way, good luck getting the setup you're after.

looking at that pic I don't think I would do it. My car is a 2005 and I think there is minor wear on the brake disc (?) that I wouldn't want to highlight with those wheels. Unless of course replacing both at the same time...

Are they ceramic discs or steel?

I think those wheel look really light, and they'd be easy to clean as well. But if you have ceramic discs, that'd be an expensive thing to replace if you don't want to show them off in their current condition. Those wheels definitely show off the brake system.

I went and looked at the brakes and all is good. Is it scary that I vividly recall when that picture was first posted? The CGT/16M combo is classic.

Unless you have CCB or BBK, those wheels will make the stock steel rotors look pathetic...

Why the 458 wheels, aren't the 16M wheels the exact same?

I think one of the sets of wheels on the 458 is from the 16M. :D:D

458 rims have 5x114.3 mm bolt patterns vs the 5x108 mm bolt patterns of 430 wheels, so the 458 wheels will not fit. However, there is a look-alike 16M wheel with the 108x5 mm bolt pattern that will fit.

Fit 458 wheels to 430s? No way. But, see here for an alternative.

They don't fit the 430 and no never...
Get the 430 challenge wheels they look very nice (ball polish) if you want to go the OEM way.

Agreed. I like them a lot and would like to see a 430 in person with them.
