I'm sure there are lots of great things about that car, but the thing that impresses me the most, because no one else is doing it...THE DOORs!! Sensational.
I think I read in an old EVO that they used the body style they did because they were shy of funds in the beginning and had to reuse body panel molds? I believe the motor, block I think?, is from a Ford? Can anyone confim this, I don't know if I'm right or not... but its a gorgeous car. I saw a pic of one in black with tan interior, pure auto exctasy!
Dear Jesus! Man, I am glad I got to examine a Koenigsegg up close a year ago. Even rode next to it on the highway for 20-30 miles. I am still trying to get the pics from my friend.
Impala, The Viper SRT-10 stops in the same distance. The Viper went from one of the poorest braking distances of any sports car to the king of the hill when the SRT-10 came out. Bill in Brooklyn
I've been waiting for some car to break the 100 foot barrier. In 5 years all real sports cars should.
Mitch, Time to do some more reading .... Viper did it a year ago and has been doing it consistantly since. Bill in Brooklyn
