Yeah, but the mileage? That's Star Trek mileage for a CS! And WTF is "Lunch control"? :)

here's a fact that you donated £1000 of club scuds money to children in need of your own back without consulting anybody then the others backed you up again to save you

    Geniune car.

If you use your Fcar, then the likelyhood is that it will perform far better than the garage queen.

I've been driving my CS for 20 months and have used it every week - ie, some healthy miles - because of its regular use, it seems my CS is more reliable than any other CS I know - fact

low mile fcars are more trouble than they are worth

F430 dont compare Sy, everyone knows that. The blue CS is a total and utter bargain IMO. These cars will do 40k miles without breaking sweat

+1. I've only driven a 430, but have been 'round Brands in 430 and CS.... when you listen to the experienced owners/drivers of both (JRS..Elias..Hazy..Radders..Hud...etc) you HAVE to come to the conclusion that a CS is a superb long term proposition. If I were in a fortunate enough position to be able to afford & keep one, I'd be heading toward a CS no question.

cant find the thread as i dont go on cs because of dimwits like rmd but i seem to recall jrs saying the 430 was the way forward and the 360cs was old technology

as for not being able to afford one surely the committee would back you again if you spent the clubs money on one

However, the point is, the constitution does not allow for ad hoc donations from the committee. So we are all technically in breach of the constitution. We have agreed that this is not how we should proceed in future and are looking into ways that allows more flexibility in charitable donations whilst safeguarding member’s funds.

Not sure what I said at the time and may well have suggested what you have said. Reality is that the 430 is a great car but simply lacked "personality" and I really missed the raw nature of a CS and hence went back to one.

Several of us who have owned both have made comparisons. I suspect that in regular use the 430 is probably qucicker than a CS but on circuit the CS would have the edge. Completely different cars one very refined and the other fairly raw.

James sold his 430 and brought another CS, so did Hud, so did Radders............I drove a 430 before buying my CS and found then too uninspiring to drive

so is an Mitsu EVO 47 apparently but it aint about that is it??? So is your Audi in a straight line but ya still gonna get spanked next summer.......;)
