I want to express myself on a stupid way that most parts vendors process the online orders. I've been trying to buy 155750 bolts for my diff from 3 different parts vendors and they ALL did the same. All well known sellers here on Fchat.

Look at their website and search the part. They have it so I proceed to order. Checkout and pay.

After a little while (in a certain case 3 weeks of waiting) I contact them back to check my order status to find out they don't have it and it was never shipped. WTF!!

It was charged on my credit card or paypal before checking their inventory physically. In all those cases they refund my purchase (only after I contact them), but I'm charged a fee for dollar exchange on all of them in both directions and cost money every times.

Is it that hard to check stock before charging ?
I now call or email to check stock before ordering.

Well Ricambi America says, "Contact us" on their site. I betcha if you gave Daniel a call he'd get them for you then he'd bill you when they ship and not a moment before.

You might call the other vendors back and remind them that they cannot pre-charge your card for a purchase that they have no intention of shipping when the charge is made. Most CC agreements don't allow that. they can put a hold on your card for the amount they anticipate billing, but can't just charge your card.

But since they seem to be a standard M10x1.25, why not just order some from Metric Multistandard Components Corp.

Might be faster and easier. Call them, tell them the application, give them all the details and I practically guarantee they'll have the right bolt.

I ordered them from Daniel already and are on their way. But only 9 out of 12. Well I hope the're coming!

Also I want to make sure any other bolt will do the job. Can't play russian roulette with the job they're doing.
