    I may have a perfect used set with Goodyear F1-D3 tires available shortly. Bad part is you're all the way across the continent & shipping & customs won't be cheap.

    I think GT Car Parts sells them for a similar price to the European parts houses and you don't have to pay heavy ship costs.

    Patience here is the key. Check the usual suspects often (eBay, Craigslist, ferrariads.com, etc) and you'll find a set. I found an almost new set last last year on eBay for half the price of a new set. Keep scouring the ads -- something will come up as long as you're will to wait for it.
