I think that part is 14507987, not 100% sure but that's what it looks like in the parts diagram.

 

I suspect you might be talking about the inertia switch cover. Its a rubber grommet and it is too loose on my car and falls out. From the owners manual:

If it is the one in Corey's pic above, it is 14507987. Funny, I just put one on order last week from Eurospares, actually ordered 2 so I'd have a backup....

Needed to order an ECU from Eurospares, so threw them on the order

Interesting how mine was also missing when purchased, This covers the fuel pump cut off switch which I understand can be reset by pressing from the top down..someone did not realize the plug needs to be removed first..it was laying inside the panel. If not already inspected its worth the inspection.

 

Isn't it suspicious that the plug is missing? I thought the only reason to press reset the switch when the car is in a major accident? Or am I wrong? So unless there was carpet work, the cap shouldn't have been "touched".

 

Corey, You're theory is correct that would be why a reset is needed, if the vehicle is involved in a major accident or roll over fuel delivery is shut down.
However like many misdiagnosis if the vehicle is not starting one may think this could be the reason., if I have no fuel pressure this may be my first option.
