I'm looking for a couple of new helmets for some upcoming track events. Any suggestions in the Charlotte area with good selections and stock? Motorcycle shops don't carry the proper Snell rating required for the events.
    Thanks in advance.

There used to be the Simpson store at the Speedway and they've opened the big Simpson store now in Mooresville. There is BSR in Mooresville and my choice, CV Products, in Thomasville. No shortage of places to get Snell SA helmets around Charlotte.

Go to OMP's website. You must have an Italian helment!

Driving south on I-77 take exit 36 and turn right. Immediately get into the left hand turn lane and take the first left at Chick-Fil-A. Drive down the hill and back up the other side. You will come to BSR first on the left and then in another 100 yards get to the turn in for Simpsons. You actually turn before you pass Simpsons and come in from the back.

Do you plan on driving this weekend? I am actually going to be home for a change and looking for some Ferrari drivers that might want to get together.

    Rob -

Let's drive! My weekend is wide open. (My seemingly good news at the track to you and Ravelle was a bit premature).

Rubino, did you get your helmet yet? I did a recon of the first half of our drive for Saturday. A helmet might be a good idea, but certainly not required.

Got -em, and a new driving suit to go with. Wife won't let me out of the house in drag though.

Heh heh heh.,.. I called Rob today asking what we'll do when you pull up to Starbucks wearing a helmet. Me? I'd have a good laugh... then pretend I don't know you.
