    I figured I would go ahead and post this in the TX section to hopefully gain more exposure to a possible lead on a Texas 360 for sale. Here is my original WTB ad from ferrariads:

    "I have a close friend who is actively searching for and ready to buy the right Ferrari when it comes around. We are looking for a 2000 or higher 360 Modena. The preferable spec of the car is red/tan, 6 speed, challenge grille/tubi, under 25k miles, clutch and all major services completed, no stories. He isn't dead set on that combo, just no weird colors and F1 tranny is a maybe. He would prefer a car in the Texas area and is looking to spend no more than 75k. Please PM if you have a car available."

    Thanks for any help.

    I think it will be tough to meet all of your criteria and stay under $75k.

    Unless you find a well cared-for car and someone who is in dire-straights, you will be looking for a while. Any Ferrari that is priced under market usually has a story or two to tell........

    You may well get lucky, but you may not. Find what you want exactly, then begin to work on the price. You will be much happier in the end if you get a good car and not begin with money.

    2x!

    But, it may be possible...

    FWIW, someone I know from around the way got this (linked below) a few weeks ago for ~$67k (I believe showroom-floor asking-price was ~$73k, but the buyer paid the auction-price that it was acquired for from Mannheim, as he knew the dealership owner). He intends to drive it regularly/year-round (10k-15k/miles-year) as he resides in the Northeast/mid-Atlantic area, and said the interior condition was 8.5/10 & the exterior was unremarkable (no issues). . .

    1999 Ferrari 360 Modena
    VIN: ZFFYR51AXX0117464
    Transmission: 6 Spd Manual
    Exterior Color: GIALLO MODENA
    Interior Color: NERO
    Mileage: 29,760
    Selling Price: $67k U.S.D.

    * TUBI EXHAUST SYSTEM
    * SCUDERIA SHIELDS
    * CHALLENGE GRILL
    * XENON HEADLIGHTS
    * AND MUCH MORE!!

    (I don't have the details regarding maint'/service, but it's an accident/collision/paint-repair free car)

    The new-owner said similar models w/ higher miles are going for ~$65k'ish @ auction. . .

    I know that not all options may be possible, but I know of several cars that I have missed out on that had all or almost all of my criteria that sold just recently in my price range. I'm not going to be super picky, as some of the things like Tubi and challenge grille can be added on later.

    :) I didn't say it was impossible, just improbable. The example you cited was out of the OP's original criteria as well.
    The 360s are dropping, but again, find what you want first and then you will have a better starting point to decide what you are willing to pay.

    Yea, I am aware of that. I just offered it for reference.

    I didn't get the particularity of the O.P. wanting it being an '00+, not just '99+. I assumed they didn't know that '99 was the first year? Is there anything distinguishing between the '99 & '00 6-spd. Modena's (fixes/updates/etc')?
    Again, in total agreement. For such uncommon vehicles (relatively speaking) the history & service-maint' are key, it's best to find the actual desired offering and then work out the #'s/details based on the overall situation (maint'/service, condition, options/accessories, mileage, etc').

    Any Modena 6-spd. that has no accident/collision/damage/paint-work history, full maint'/service, all wear-&-tear/consumables taken care of, and sub-25k miles will be challenging to find at a ~$75k. As aforementioned, redeaux' one or more of the aforementioned prerequisites, and then perhaps occasional opportunities may arise. . .

    For such a price-point, an auction insider along w/ an exotic/Ferrari specialist for PPI is the way to go. Or wait 6-12 more months. . .

    Did you order the extinguisher or is it aftermarket?

    Ordered it IIRC. Convinced me that it is dumb option, damn thing takes up room, and clamp can gouge the h3ll out of a passenger's leg. Leather couzy is nice though.
    Hey did you ever mess with any more pics BTW? All our free time.
    If you look at some order sheets and window stickers, it calls it a "handily fire extinguisher" BTW.
