I just called the US distributor for Tubi http://www.tubistyleusa.com/index.html at 616-396-1979 and inqured about needed bolts for a 430 Tubi. After a few days of no reponse they called and told me they won't be able to obtain the bolts and I should go to a hardware store. After I pressed about this being a 6K muffler and I should be able to obtain parts for it. The lady told me they are discontinuing selling Tubi. WTF??? They are Tubi USA and are going to stop selling Tubi?
In any case with that kind of bad customer service. I can't wait for them to start whatever the new line is. I am going to dog the hell out of anyone who ever asks about these people!!!!!

Their products are sure shiny and sometimes sound great but I've never had any luck even getting a phone call returned.

There are plenty of other choices out there.

    This is funny.

I'm also a little surprised that this supposed Tubi user (if they really are Tubi) why are they just now posting on this site?

I will never ever use their product. . I have prrchased parts from all over the world and they gave me the worst service. I would buy Timevalve if I ever decide to use stainless again. I used the tee shirt they sent me as a shop rag. My 3 favorite words made by ANSA

It's two different companies we have referenced, the site sponsor appears to be the current distributor.

What do I know, I have a relationship with ANSA.....LOL!

Ricambi has the bolt/spring sets for most of the applications, my early 308GTBs use the ones off the F40....HTH.

Ok, in that case "my Special-K SUCKED this morning"!
All soggy and gross....... Kelloggs... are you listening?

Seriously, I don't think its very admirable of a company to lurk and to only come out of the wood work to say "go somewhere else". Bad form.
Since they likely wouldn't help me for any of my tubi needs anyway, I don't have a problem saying this.

Lurking companies - please don't lurk! Come out and play!

So far I'm impressed. I called for missing 430 bolts and you had them to me the next morning. I appreciate how fast Jesse was able to respond.

Looking around my car, I noticed a couple of OEM parts that are also a bit overpriced. Everything, actually, except the washer fluid and wiper blades.

It looks as if Tubi Style USA and Tubi Style NA are both private corporations. They probably have no direct ownership of Tubi (Italy) and are separate American private entities.

Tubi (Italy) has simply found a new distributor which happens to have a similar name to the old distributor.

This stuff usually happens when there are internal 'politics' and someone decides to branch off and start another rival operation.

    May the best distributor win!

Tubi quality speaks for itself. ;)
