'86 328 - I have been searching old threads (unsuccessfully) to find out what electrical current should go to the WUR at start up and for the first 120 sec. Like clockwork, from cold start, it is a little rough for the first 60 sec, then smooths into perfect idle by 90 sec.

The AAV is functioning properly as verified by hot/cold enviromental test. Cold start injector does not supply any fuel beyond a quick squirt at cold start. Injectors are new. Unless I'm missing another possible component, I wonder if the WUR is getting the right signal, and if it is, what is it doing to the fuel pressure for that first minute.

There's no "smarts" involved in the electrical signal that goes to the WUR heater -- it's just always +12V (meaning whatever the alternator output voltage happens to be) whenever the engine is cranking or running. (Assuming that the +12V electrical signal to the WUR heater is present), what's more important is what the WUR (via its thermomechanical internal gizmos) is doing to the control pressure -- have you measured the cold and warm control pressures and compared them to the specs shown on page 21 of the US 328 tech specs and recalls publication?

If you have a euro 328, it uses a different type of WUR which has different specs -- is yours a US version or a euro version 328?

It is a US version. Up until now, I have not needed fuel pressure testing equipment. Sounds like I will need that plus the specs manual you mentioned (source?).
