    I was driving by a local shop in Naples annd saw my first XJ220...... I have a hard time delivering the feeling that I had in words. I never realised that the car was as big as it is. I have a 300zx and it is a really big car in reality. I parked close to the car to see the difference and it looked like it was 3-4ft longer than mine. I have to say that a 6cyl TT that will beat most of the Exotics is amazing, I have never seen one till tonight and found that they really are as, if not more sexy in person.....!!!!!
    I loved the experience!

    I know him.
    Actually, he has 2 of them. One for car shows and the other is a daily driver.
    One is silver and the other is green, I believe. He may be at the Naples show.

    I always thought the XJ220 to be very beautiful in person. I remember the first I saw one in person. It was right after it came out at a Exotics-dealership and I was still very young. It was very impressive. I don't care what many people say, I love the looks of that car.

    I don't care what people say...................... It GOES WAY PAST THAT.....I ever hear an unkind word about the XJ I might actually think of calling Joe Pesci over to take care of a loud mouth SOB......

    What people say.......those people must like Mustangs!

    IIRC they came in under show and display, a guy in Indiana was the one to do the legwork for that car.
    I think they're trading in the 200s right now, depending on condition.

    I know there are a few XJ220s in FL. There's a guy in Orlando who has 2 (a silver one and a burgundy one), then there's Gerd Petrik in Osprey who has at least one (maybe this was his?) and a client of my dad's here in Sarasota has a silver one.

    I just got to go and take a little seat in it today, I found that it is the hardest car to get in and out of........once you are in it you are really confortable.
    The car is oldschool in only the ways that your ALPINE is a Tape player. I loved the car though........ and those pics are the ones from that car. I believe the guy who ones this one is a CEO of a contracting company.

    The Orlando owner does have 2. I know that his Silver car is his show car, it does not see regular use and has delivery miles on it. With 3k miles that car can't be his.

    The one he drives is Burgandy.

    I've been a fan since I saw one at the UK Motor Show when it was first launched. Saw one in the Jaguar main dealer in Hong Kong a few weeks back - beautiful car!
