    just read in ny times nascar is going ahead with plans for track in staten island near goethels bridge! plans call for 5 yrs to completion. i dont like watching nascar but i sure hope they include an infield road coarse that local groups can rent out like limeroc, pocono, wat glen. wow 4 tracks in ny region
