    Hey everyone, I am purchasing a couple of xr700 units. Any particular part number I should look for over another? I was thinking the universal 700-0231 number would be the one to go with.

    Yes. To the best of my knowledge, that kit is the kitchen sink model. You will get several 4 notch reluctors, and a bunch of brackets. you will do fine.

    But why not buy the new Crane version (Crane bought Allison) which I believe is slightly improved electronically?
