I predicted Yankees & Astros for the world series at the beginning, so it is going well so far. I overestimated A-Rod, but underestimated Matsui. Matsui's been pretty good during playoffs, don't you think? I am Rangers fan now (along w/ Mariners because I lived there for 10 years), and wished we got A-Rod for M. Ramirez. (not meaning Soriano, who played baseball in Japan, is bad) If A-Rod was playing like he did in Seattle, I think the series would be over now. I'm glad to see Wakefield won this time. Wonder what this'll do for him next year...
Come on you blue-bellied devils, you gotta root for the Astros. I tell ya. Da South been down way too long. Not to mention, it is now or never. Dem gas bag beaners have been to the big dance before. Yeah, it was a long time ago. Although, I gotta say... I'd rather face the Beaners than the Yanks! GO ASTROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Astros.....ASSTROS!!!! Aw man, doc, I love you but jeez the cards is the team!!!! Vincent355, former resident of St. LOuis and proud of it!
Just a few things I would like all of you to know about the astros: -Biggio, you suck! -Micelli, you're a piece of **** and you're fired! -Lamb may have got a home run, but he can't play the "D", so therefore, he sucks! -Everyone else for the most part is doing a fabulous job. Keep it up and give it your all in game 7. For some wierd reason I have predicted every single thing that has happened on both sides. I'm even talking about plays, home runs, wins, number of games etc. Predicted everything that has happened and it has. Therefore, I am prediction a Boston v Houston MLB World Series. It will be over in 6 games with the Astros taking it, and the curse continuing. Who the hell knows, just a prediction and ill see how right if at all i am.
Looks like the Yankees couldn't to do it this year...... They will need a HUGE comeback to steal this one.
Wait, wait, wait, i'm not near a TV and the radio DJ isn't saying anything and i don't feel like browsing some sports site - are you saying that they're losing to the Sox...? Please elaborate...
just go to espn.com, and click the headline more or less for live timing. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/gameUpdate?gameId=241020110
