After receiving the autographs from Rubens and Jean Todt two months ago, I had given up on receiving one from Michael since I sent him a letter at the same time, today in the mailbox, he came through !! way to go Schumy !! He added extra postage, in Swiss stamps, I wonder if he put them on the envelope personally since they are all crooked, ;-) ps I sent the letter to his Swiss chateau. One of the Ferrari mechanics got me the Schumie autograph on the same picture. Michael joked when he signed it, "Erik isn't a girls name"...
That's how my mail looks, when I get to the bottom of postage! LOL! I'm using (2) 22 cent stamps for regular mail, these days.....
Wow! Incredible. I was under the assumption he didn't sign any autographs from fifth gear's episode, but maybe that is just in person?

At the USGP this year, I was able to get a long sleeve team shirt signed by both MS and Felipe. Back behind the paddock the drivers come in through a gate. Most drive through then come back to sign autographs. On Friday I decided I would stop for a few minutes and go lucky in that just 2 minutes after I stopped, a Quattroporte pulled through with Felipe driving. He signed plenty of autographs including my shirt (I pulled it off so he could sign it). Then a couple minutes later, Todt came through in a 612 (not driving. intensly chatting on his cell). He waved but didnt sign anything. Next was MS in another Quattroporte. He came to the crowd and signed a lot of stuff, but the crowd soon got pushy and he got a little annoyed and left. I was left empty handed. Saturday morning I again stopped at the same place. Waited a little longer when once again all three came through within a few minutes of each other. Felipe was very gracious staying several minutes signing. When MS came through Felipe had to get out of the way; it would have been easy to use this opportunity to walk away, but he didnt. He even signed one or two under the fence when a kid stuck a program under and said "For the short people!" Michael undoubtably weary of the crowds he faced yesterday didnt walk towards the gate. Luckily, not wanting to face the pushing mass I didnt either. He soon came to the fence (about 8' tall) and signed some things people were handing over. I slung my shirt over and he took it, flattened it out nicely and signed it. Unfortantely the autographs arent near each other (FM is front left shoulder near patches while MS's is on the back white stripe), so framing it with both visible will be hard. None the less, it will hang in my closet with pride until I figure out a better way to display it. edit - I was also able to see DC, Kubica, Webber, Ron Dennis, JPM, Wurz, Johnny Herbert all of whom signed my program (Im sure Im missing a few others)
That is GREAT!!!!! Michael signed my owner's manual earlier this year. I'll post a picture this evening when I get home
thats so annoying. I sent MS a letter like 4 years ago and never recieved anything . Where id you get the adresses from?
A friend of mine used to go slot racing with Ross B, so i used that as a little hook when i wrote to him. Graciously he sent me lots of Ferrari bumf with a very nice 2002 team shot signed by MS, RB, RossB, JT, Luca M, RoryB, Luca B ,and both of the 2 personal head mechanics of Rubens and MS. I was chuffed to say the least.
