    I'll go with false. Plenty of cultures don't care about breasts simply because they're always on display.

    False.

    I have the feeling that if a woman holds a baby and sticks a bottle in its mouth, it can't tell the difference between the bottle and the breast.

    I would argue that we like them so much because breasts are good indicators of female fertility. (And they're fun to play with)

    First in my mind is overall shape and proportion. How well the breasts flow with the rest of the body. It's like judging lines on a car. Men are very visual creatures we know lines.
