I had found a website that showed total production numbers, but I can't find it now. It even mentioned yellow RHD 348's. I did copy this from the site awhile back : Total production 360's Coupes Total - 10,000 Standard Coupes - 8,500 Challenge Stradales- 1,200 Race Cars 300 Spiders - 7,500 Total: 17,500 (over 5 years) ------------------------------------- F355 World production figures F355 B = 4,915 F355 GTS = 2,577 F355 Spider = 3,714 Total 11,206 ------------------------------- TOTAL WORLD 348 PRODUCTION 348 - TB 2,895 348 - TS 4,230 Spiders 1090 Total: 8,215 Based on the Ferrari348registry, out of 371 cars listed, 35 are yellow. So about 9%. Based on that small sampling, the yellow ones would be: 348 TB 260 348 TS 380 Spiders 98 Of course, I could be way off on all this!!!! Lou
wow lou yr the best i think u could be pretty close to numbers there Great information. lots more 355's and lots and lots of 360's built
Also found this: 69 Spiders came into the UK RHD of which 11 were yellow although one has been wrecked so only 10 yellow now! Of course that's just the UK....but around the same percentage of yellows/total cars.....
Great shot and I have to say I much prefer the 348 with the 348 rear tail panel. Makes the ass-end look even wider and it simply goes perfectly with the theme of the side strakes. Pininfarina got it right.
You know, I always thought I wanted a red Ferrari (cliche, I know) - but the more images I see in threads like this... Hopefully there'll be a good number of yellow ones in good condition a few years from now. All the best, Andrew.
Took the photo last winter just when I started to pull the gearbox out...... This winter I will try to pull the engine......... Not just for the fun of it..........60 000 km service (37 000 miles).........and changing belt and possibly the tensioners as well...... //B//

Dont let the colour fool you. The 348 in yellow is as red blooded as any machine that ever came from Maranello. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1IzqJVrQ6A I love this video.
This video was posted about 6 months ago or so, but still awesome!! I think that is my car in there (ha ha)

Mine too!! I wish. Mine's an early Spider, but that one has the emblem on the back lid, mine doesn't. So I wonder how many 348 owners are on this site.........
Lou is right on the money with those stats, I also have about 9-11% yellow production for the world out of the 1090 built. Here is my old love as I first saw her in Las Vegas. Nice memories, although the F355 has made me forget her quickly Image Unavailable, Please Login
