http://www.ferrariquebec.listingauto.com/en/usedcars/listing/details.spy?id=449936 Is anyone familiar with this car? The car is listed with 31k kilometers, but the speedo seems to be in mph. I'm wondering if this is a full US specs car...
i dont know about the car but i do that the guys are pretty straight shooters. if you ask them i'm sure they will tell you the truth.
I'm not sure why you think the Speedo is in miles but the car is a Canadian car. It belonged to a friend of mine. I bought a 1995 Yellow 355 GTS from FoQ last June and it was a US Car so maybe they mixed up the pictures. I just recently found out that my car was never properly converted to Canadian specs so I would be cautious about your purchase and have it inspected by an independent garage. In case you are curious I did give the dealer a chance to come clean and simply take the car back but the new president brushed me off and suggested I was just playing. Now my lawyer is drafting up a letter and I might involve Transport Canada as well. Some people (me) never learn, this car is the 4th car I buy from them since 2001 and all of them but one had some issue that made me bring it back to get another one. I will not buy another car from them again.
I looked closer at the speedometer and it was in Km... I don't think its practical anyway to buy a Canadian car anyway. Prices seem to be at least 10% higher than for the same car in the US. I'll keep looking.
I agree with you 100% in fact I'm even looking at cars in the US even though I would have to pay a currency exchange rate of about 20%. Good luck with your search.
