I got a yellow 360 currently sitting at a performance shop for a make over.

    1. LC Racing Exhaust
    2. Gruppe M carbon fiber intake
    3. LC racing test pipes
    4. LC racing ECUs
    5. Hamann Body kits
    6. 19" HRE 547R wheel
    7. Custom Hood

Has anyone done these types of modification to your ferrari before? Can you really feel a good amount of power increase for the car?
    any input are appreciated.
I was at Crystal Cove for the last 2 weeks but won't be able to make it for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully I can see you guys there afterward.

I would contact Jeffrey on this board. He has a yellow 360 that he is modifying. The gentleman not only has great taste in modifications, but has good knowledge about them.

Another person to contact would be Costa at FX Performance. Never met him, but people in So Cal swear by him, and he seems to have a top notch shop. :)

    Kenny,
Those mods sound excellent. Just the LC Racing exhaust alone is earth-shattering loud! I can only imagine with test pipes and ecu's!! The hamann body kit is one of my favorites on the 360's... are you doing the scooped hood like meridians?

I have a 456GT with tubi exhaust... just ordered some 19" wheels and will be looking to put on some test pipes and new brakes as well...

Speed gain is important, but think about stopping power and handling, too! :)

Can't wait to check out your car sometime!

    Byron

yeah, that's the hood that I'm getting as a matter of fact, my car is sitting at Meridians right now. I do agree that the brake upgrade is necessary. I'll look into that in the near future. What kind of wheels are you getting?

I drove a '99 360 that Meridian did with the above except for the body kit and custom hood. The car ran its f***in ass off. Matt has his '01 silver 6sp. there with the same mods, did you drive it? Did you just buy the yellow F1 the with the LC exhaust? Personally, I would nix the custom hood for the upgraded Brembo rotors and hats that will reduce 8lbs. from each corner. This translates into a huge reduction of unsprung weight.

Thanks for replying. I didn't get a chance to drive the silver 6-speed at Meridians. I got a 6-speed not F1. I had tubi exhaust on the car for only 2 weeks then decide to go with LC racing exhaust instead. Did it feel any faster than stock? I can't wait to get my car back. I'll upgrade the brembo rotors soon.

Oh, no big deal. But on your profile where it says "personal Ferraris" Ot says "N/A". No biggie, but some people might make a big deal about it and just wanted to save you the headaches^_^.

Ahh! I see you updated it! Good!^_^
