    I think i've seen this 599 outside the Ritz Carlton in Doha before. Quite rare to see a yellow 599.

    Carbon- You got it. 14009, one of the last with plexi panel and advertised by me in FML in 1979, IIRC. Originally white with dark green, then yellow with dark green, now with top chopped in Europe and I have no idea about colors.

    Great information, Terry, thank you...! If it's chopped and still yellow, then it looks like the Daytona Spyder prototype, 12851 - the only factory Spyder to have a Plexiglas nose (and my favorite Daytona Spyder).

    i love yellow on a Ferrari; one of the best of the bright/sport colors, better than red :)

    Best colour for a Ferrari, if i won the lottery i would have a sea of Yellow Ferrari's not a sea of red.

    yellow is the original colour of ferrari,if everybody reads carefully the history, you will read it.
    599 in yellow is great like a maranello in yellow very very rare,but really nice.

    Mimon- You are correct. Yellow is the color of Modena, and the reason the black cavallino is on a field of yellow.
