    I remember when I was stranded with a dead key fob battery and you were willing to drive out to Ramsey to bring me a new battery. Advice or action, YCG always takes care of other drivers.

    Hope you can help some other owners in the future.

    Alfonso is a MASTER TECHNICIAN for Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche and Jaguar. His experience in the industry spans over 22 years which began as an apprentice mechanic in his fathers shop in 1984. After graduating from UTI, Alfonso AKA ( the Fonz) got his first job working for Penske automotive as an auto technician later he obtained a position working for Ray Catena Porsche and Jaguar located in Edison New Jersey. He has been working on import vehicles ever since, in 2006 he was hired as an auto technician at Ferrari Maserati of Central New Jersey there he found his home once again with the Penske auto group. As a result of his hard work and dedication Fonz quickly climbed the ladder into management as the Shop Foreman. After relocating to Florida in 2013 Fonz remained with the brand and worked at the Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale as an auto technician working at their body shop and repair facility . Fonz

    I signed into Ferrari Chat and saw that Yellow Compass Group was offering exotic car owners a opportunity to call them and ask any questions about exotic cars. What a grand feature. I was skeptical, but gave it a shot. I called on a Tuesday at 4:15 PST (7:15 EST) and son of a gun, Mike the owner of Yellow Compass Group answered the phone. He was sitting with Alfonse the master mechanic, and they spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing my 2004 360 Spider Ferrari. They offered some great advice and gave me confidence of the purchase, timeline of my next service and we discussed the mechanical issue that I had originally called about. Both Mike and Alfonse were very informative, Ferrari savvy, and a blast to speak with. The are the "Click and Clack" of NJ. Those who know the original Click and Clack of Boston, radio personalities on a show called Car Talk broadcast from Boston will know and appreciate what I am talking about. I will definitely keep Mike and Alfonse in mind in the future to discuss my Ferrari. I check out their website at Yellow Compass Group ? Options For Drivers.
