Yellow F430 pics

thank you so much for posting that side by side pic. for the life of me i have been trying to figure out the evolution of one to the the other ( body style) . thanks for making it so clear!

 

I sincerely think that the f430 is beautiful, better than the 360 and the gallardo.

But, I prefer the Ferrari 355 design to this

Damn talk about picky lol. "Tail lamps are to small by a fraction"....come on now.

All I can say is remember when the 360 came out, it seemed like evryone hated it, people pass judgement before they even see it. Bad mistake, cause now most like the 360 alot.

Personally I think the F430 is awesome, nice and aggressive....big improvement on the 360.

 

I also concur with Zach's opinion, and I think the 360 CS looks the best of all! Of course, I may be a bit biased. Fresh off the FNA truck -- July production.....

i like this shape better; there's a bit of gallardo stubbiness and all vents in the 430 [note i will buy a 430 CS as soon as available].

I love ferrari guys. I have been an owner for many years. And its always the same, everyone seems to not like something and end up disliking the car, then in a few years you can never find anyone to say a bad thing about it. What a joke. Let the F430 grow on you, its drop dead beautiful, and I love the 360, but the 430 even better.

When the TR came out, everyone hated the rakes. The F40, looked hideous, the 348 always got slammed for looking like a TR, the 355 looked like a 300 zx, or a nsx. In forza, people thought the 360 was ungly in front, without the pop out headlights and reports called it the ugly ducklying over the 355.It never ends, im sure in 5 yrs everyone that is harsh on the 430 will say its a classic looking car. I would buy one ..... even in yellow....cant wait !

 

whats amazing to me is how anyone could call a 348 or 430 or any FERRARI butt ugly when they don't even own one. Buy one then and only then will your opion be valid. I think I speak for most if not all 348 & future 430 owners

i was joking, but do you just bow down to everything F does, and no one else can disagree with you?

while i love many F's, the TR is quite ugly to me but... a lot of ART, as you call it, is ugly, as are those who think they understand "auto design and art", whilst others do not.

As much as I like the CS, I gotta say the F430 just looks more aggressive....IMO better.

 

I do. The 360 is much better executed design. The 430 seems designed to appeal to 8-18 year old boys and the over-done Honda crowd. Seriously, they are trying to compete with Gallardo buyers so they made is more ostentatious. I think it's ugly. Maybe the spider will change my mind.

I don't think the F430 is ugly but unusual. I am surprised the way they have geometric inlets on the side of the bumper and above the sills and yet other inlets are circular or oval. Total clash of lines and curvatures. At least Gallardo is all about geometric and angular lines which are cohesive through out (I do not like the Gallardo, personal taste). I think Ferrari did a rush job to get something out with some level of changes to compete in the market place and they just couldn't improve on the 360. The next car should be a fun and exciting car to look at. BUT, I shall reserve the final verdict when I see one in the flesh.

I totally disagree, I am much older then "18" and I love it, a improvement on the 360 big time....it's more aggressive, and thats what buyers want!

 

Um, take a look guys, it has a grille there. The 360 didn't unless you got the challange grille option.

 

Rear challenge grille is on the option list. So it should be availabe, but I don't know how it will look like. I don't think that the cars of the official presentation were equipped with it, the small mesh grille at the back surely is standard.

 

If not red, why not yellow?

 

Really? Are you sure, why would they have two choices of grilles? The 360 had no grille or the challenge, I kinda doubt the F430 would have two chices of mesh in the grille don't you think?

 

Perhaps it's more of a smaller and a larger mesh instead of two different choices of mesh?
