    Yes, I know the Ricambi website is down. We have had folks at Verio looking at it all day, and they claim there is a switch problem somewhere in their Dulles, VA facility. Believe me, they have heard my not-so-polite complaints already multiple times.

    An way, once the website comes back up, I'm going to offer free shipping on anything, anywhere in the U.S. for the remainder of the week (through Sunday) as a peace token for orders placed over the web.

    Hang tight. It'll come back up soon (or so "they" say).
