I just got this link from a guy at iTunes, the Compatibility mode has to be turned off on everything (QuickTime and iTunes) as soon as I did that, it came to life!

Resolution- This one is for QuickTime:
Turn off Compatibility Mode for QuickTime.

Right-click on the QuickTimePlayer application (located in C:\Program Files\QuickTime) and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
In the Properties window, click the Compatibility tab
Deselect all checkboxes currently selected in the Compatibility tab.
    Click Apply.
    Close the Properties window.

Resolution- This one is for iTunes:
Try these steps to turn Windows compatibility mode off:

    Quit iTunes.
Windows XP and Windows 2000: On the Start menu, click My Computer (or double-click My Computer on the Desktop).
Windows Vista: On the Start menu, click Computer.
In My Computer, open the C:\ drive (or whichever disk your Windows XP is installed on).
    Open the Program Files folder.
    Open the iTunes folder.
Right-click on the iTunes application (iTunes or iTunes.exe) and from the shortcut menu, click Properties.
    Click the Compatibility tab.
Deselect the checkbox under Compatibility mode if it's selected.
    Click OK.
Open iTunes and play a song.
