    Yikes this isn't good... This is happening too much with new Ferrari's, maybe my next car won't be a Ferrari.

    Any idea what's causing these fires? I can't imagine it would be the same problem that the 458 had...

    Looks like the flame were obviously coming up through the engine when they lifted the hood, but from where the guy is pointing and where the other guy is directing the extinguisher it looks like it's had it's brakes cooked or something around the wheel has caught fire.

    If it is another one on fire, it looks like they caught it early and may help them locate the source more accurately.

    Car fires happen all the time, but every Ferrari fire is news. Every one. Having said that, the size and nature of Ferrari engines and the packaging of powertrain components in a compact vehicle is such that heat managment is always an issue.

    Ferrari seriously needs to cool it with all these new models.
