Yet another thread praising RICAMBI.

As many of you in the 348 Brotherhood know, I'm in the middle of rebuilding my transmission. For those of you that don't, I had a bearing clip go through my gearbox and distroyed my rear bevel gear. When I called the dealers to ghet a quote on the gear, I got the usual insane price. Wouldn't you also know that they only sold them in a set.

So brother Daniel (aka: Jack Russell Racing), from http://www.ricambiamerica.com/, offered to help with getting a set for less than "One Meeellione Dollars" , or he would be a monkeys uncle.

So after chatting with Daniel via pm, and over the phone, in reguard to the correct part numbers, he told me that he would get back to me with a price. Well he got back to me with a very good price, and I can safely say, he's no monkeys uncle. Ricambi came through just like he said.

Not only did Ricambi get me a reasonable price for my parts, Daniel was nice enough to give my the tracking number for my package. There is nothing worse than wondering when your stuff is gonna arrive. I used the number a couple of times just to see were the package was.

Well I got a call today from my wife telling me that my gears had arrived. WHOOO HOOOOO!!! Now I can get my 348 back on the raod where it belongs, and out of the garage where it has been living.
