    About to aquire a 2005 575m Fiorano package 19" wheels needs tires but Pirelli's not available, any views on Advan Sports. Will post pics later.

    I think they placed third in the C&D test. Check for the report, but they seem very good.

    Does Michelin make the pilot sports in that size? They always seem to test well. I'd stick with Pirelli, Michelin Pilots, Goodyear and BF Goodrich Comp T/As.

    When yo are saying the Pirelli are not available do you mean Rosso or Corsa i.e. are you looking for the standard, all-around tyres or the track biased?

    While neither is currently available (at least from standard dealers) your preference will dictate recommended replacement.

    I was replacing standard P Zero Rosso, Michelin do not make the correct rear size for the 19" modulars. Production of new Pirelli stock for the USA is not due to late fall. It's the rears which are the stock problem. Tire Rack suggest Bridgestone's or Yokohama as alternatives. The latter I am told is a more techically advanced tire compared to the Pirelli and is good for 200mph Apparently fitted as original on heavy cars such as Audi S8 and Bentley Continental, Mulliner's Driver Package.

    I've heard many good things about the Advan sport. I would go for them totally.

    or maybe you can go for BS RE050A
