    Having sold my 599, F430 and CS last year I was experiencing some serious sellers remorse and prayed that someday I'd be able to be reunited with the Stradale again.. while in my Auth Dealer last month, I told them that they should incorporate an email blast for those customers that cared alerting us of pre owned cars that were coming in to be sold.. just in case I saw something that sparked my interest. I used the example that if my CS ever came back on sale that I would really be pissed if it came and in and sold again and I didn't have a chance to buy it back. With that the salesman said "we have it in back". Assuming it was in for service I laughed and said I wish it were for sale.. "It is." was his reply. I ran back in the rear of the showroom and jumped into the car.. it smelled the same, it sounded the same and only had a few hundred miles on it from when I last owned it. You couldn't remove the smile from my face and even though I got sliced and diced on the repurchase delta from where I sold it, I bought it back.. can't wait for the snow to melt here in New England so we can drive together again!!

    My F430 was an 05 stick and I did love it as well and really only buy 3 pedal cars (as my 599 was) but I have forgiven Modena for the flappy paddles on the CS.. its an amazing raw car to drive and IMHO look better than the F430 :)

    Love this story, congrats on getting your CS back and thanks for sharing.

    I just read your post to my GF and I had goose bumps as it made me realize others' are as passionate about the Stradale as I am. I've been thinking about selling mine lately and stories like this just re-affirm that it may be a keeper (garage space be damned).

    Let us know when you get her back on the roads!

    Great story and as put earlier its not often that life gives you a second bite at something so I am thrilled for you that it worked out. Losing a 599 and the CS (not so fussed about the 430 personally) was a huge spring clean, I am not sure I could do that and I can totally see why you pined after the CS over the 430, great choice. Congratulations.

    We are, we all love the marque but all have our own preferences, for me its almost anything but the 430 (small consideration to a scud) as its a ferrari that has left me cold since it was first released and has never managed to change my opinion. The 355 is probably the best looking Ferrari (IMHO) and so it goes on and on. Everyone has their personal preferences, its not bashing the brand or the marque just freedom of expression.
    So back to it - daymn 'dem 430's be ugly......

    but seriously, just how ugly are those 430's ? Found a picture today and the owner must have felt the same so decided to 'improve' it, I think he's succeeded, what do you think ?
