After over 8 months of searching for the right 355, I was fortunate to find exactly what I was looking for; my 98 355 F1 Berlinetta in Rosso Fiorano/Tan. About 6 months later I started the search for a 308 because like the potato chip, “you can’t have just one”. After another 8 months or so, I finally found the one for me.

Purchased late last year, just off fresh service by Jim Lindsey, new interior by Alden Bordelon, new wheels by Compomotive, and coat after coat of Blackfire by me. A great contrast in driving experience to the 355, I love it.

    Thanks to:

Tifosi1 - for your great advice and suggestions on the 308
PWehmer - for the Speedline vs. Compomotive discussions
Jerrari - for checking the out the car and a detailed and acurate description far away from New Orleans in the state of Michigan

    Thanks to all!

    Ron

Muhahahahahahaha! You are hooked now, boy :D

I'm thinking about a 355, Testarossa or a 348, in that order of preference for the next addition. A Mondial is also a possibility. By my second day of ownership I was hopelessly addicted.

WAIT A MINUTE.....are you saying we're allowed to own more then one of these things??????

I'm gonna need a bigger garage and a good divorce attorney!!!!

Beautiful car...and it'll only go up in value. AND by having a 2nd Ferrari, Murphy's law suggest that your primary Ferrari won't breakdown on you. Wise, very wise!!!!!! ;)

But have not contemplated on 3rd yet as still very much enjoying both of them

Congrats on a superb find. Black looks so sweet when it's perfect. I'd need therapy keeping it that nice. Have fun with your new darling.

No pics of the two together yet, will post soon; but in the meantime, here is a shot of the rosso fiorano 355 in the middle of rosso corsa 355s at last years Consorso. Thanks to all for your comments!

    Simply beautiful.

However, it looks as though it could squat down about 2 inches on those tires.

    Just a 2cent observation.
