Hello I currently own a 348GTB so I'm not supposed to be here, but I have these 2 pics already 2 years on my HD and just wanted to show them... I made these 2 (with my pal faking to open the door) at the World Superbike race in Oscherleben / Germany in may 2003. The car was from a visitor. Guess he loves the army... Can you believe this sceme ? We thought the guy must be a complete moron to fark this car up that bad. Remember this is 2 years ago and as it's a cabrio it's not real old neither. Reminds me of this 456 GT... Pretty smart, though... The matt paint finish makes speed radar harder to read... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
so did the owner smoke alot of crack the day he got it painted, or just a little??? Freakin sick, man. Does anybody know anyone that owns a green Ferrari in New york.
I'm not sure what you're talking about. I don't see any cars? I see your buddy holding his arm out, but I don't see a car there.
I think it's great.. but then again, I have dreams about a flat blue 550 & flat black Enzo. The green isn't my style, but a non-gloss paint job sure makes the lines on both of those cars jump out and smack you in the face. -Chris
Actually, It looks like primer. He probably just got caught on camera before the final paint coats were laid.
well, it's not the color for me, BUT then again, I'd guess the owner likes it and that's what's important. I don't have to pay for the repaint, or take the loss on resale.
If I had a 355 that color I would not be concerned about getting it "dirty" I am sure that 355 sees rain, hail and snow. Even a dirt road now and again I can see the garage queen promoters cringing! Really quite wonderful. Power to the person that owns it.
I like when sports cars have flat finishes to them. it helps you spend more time driving than polishing... not very fond of the green, but a nice flat black is extremely tough
