You get your keys sent to you FedEx and stare at them for hours. And this is BEFORE the car even shows up!!

I am in your EXACT position you were in a few weeks ago my friend!!!

You arrive at a party/restaurant/friends place , and 5 mns later you already want to leave.

You know you own a Ferrari when....

even though your car is broke half the time every time you drive it it is the best moment of your life and you instantly forget how much trouble (and money) it put you through.

 

When people never ask: "how you are doing", but rather: "how's your car?"

 

.....You miss the gasoline smell in your garage when the car is gone.


.....You like the way your clothes smell after a nice long drive.


.....Driving 70 down the highway feels "slow".

 

Actually, I have the title too, a stack of receipts, etc.

But I will only have to stare at those for a few days, unlike your 6 weeks of hell!!


Do pictures of the tool kit, Momo steering wheel box, etc count towards my agony too??

 

When you have more pictures of the car in your wallet than the wife and kids., or that all the bits and pieces that are in your den are red, or yellow with a black horse sort of one dimensional focused theme..

 

When your cellphone ring matches the anthems of the Ferrari F1 drivers...

Or when you get the urge to eat Italian food 'just because'...

 

When it runs and looks at its best...........

........................................................ not very often though.

 

When you open the garage door and you see red.

 

Not that I'm an owner, but I have heard the following far too many times at FCA meetings/events --- rather than being asked "How are you?", you are asked "So, what are you driving today?"

 

as your friend complains about how much it cost to fix his Porsche, you find yourself feeling envious ...

Ok, here goes...

when...

You tell the Ferrari dealer NOT to wash your car after being serviced.

 

Your mechanic talks about his new boat...

 

When the AC breaks on the same day the windows decide to stay down, and you just kinda figure it evens out. So you drive it anyway

 

I love this one.

 

You send in 10k to the dealer to be on the list.

 

You break up with someone (2 actually) because they don't like riding in it. (too loud, too hot, etc.)

 

You pity those not driving a Ferrari. They have no idea what they're missing.
