You know you're going to have a bad day when.....

Just got a call from a buddy of mine.......

He was driving down the highway this morning, with a large pot of home made crab bisque on the front seat. (Why he had crab bisque on the front seat with him, I'll never know.)

As he's cruising along, the car in front of him slams on the brakes, so does he. Unfortunately, he had forgotten to fasten the crab bisque's seat belt. It went flying, coating his passenger seat, himself and the carpet.

Bad enough, right? Wrong. The car directly behind him was a cop, who also had to slam on his brakes to avoid a collision.

So my buddy pulls off to the side of the road to clean up the mess and the cop pulls in behind him. Cop comes up to the car, looks in, sees the mess and asks, "Why'd you throw up? Have you been drinking???"

Well, a half hour of breathalizers and explanations later, he's back on the highway... in a car that smells a little like your worst nightmare, minus the floor mats (tossed them to reduce the smell), and minus a couple of gallons of crab bisque. I guess he'll be spending the better part of the day scrubbing the crab glop off himself and the car.

And I thought I had it bad this morning. I just have to go to the dentist to finish up a root canal.

Nah.

Had a giant infection. Had to make sure we had that under control before we put the crown on. No biggie.
