You need to be careful where you park your F-car. You never know who will park next to you..... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You know, I really like Deloreans. I almost bought one way in the early 90s, and I'm on the Delorean Mailing List. However,I have never understood the BTTF freaks and their obsession with screwing up the car. The D is an underpowered and slightly odd looking car, but it deserves better than that. Your 400 looks classy and understated next to it.
HOLY MOTHER OF GOD I NEED THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been a BTTF fan since i was like 4, ive seen a couple of those in like magazines but i never really thought they existed. That is soo cool.
nönö, it is called flux-compensator, Bosch-Art.:# DL000719800702A. "capacitor" seems to be a poor translation The flux-compensator needs garbage to run.
wow, this is just one more instance to prove that some people really dont deserve to own cars, let alone drive them
Saw one for sale at a Dallas Auction. It had all the gizmos and looked to be wired professionally. I think it sold for 29k.
I'm pretty sure it was capacitor, but not sure how the actual term relates to the movie and time travel... http://users.rcn.com/zap.dnai/beebee.htm And the garbage machine was a Mr. Fusion was what supplied the 1.21 GW to the FC. Plutonium and lightning supplied the current (flux) in 1985 and 1955, respectively.
I can guarentee its capacitor, i know all the movies by heart. i dont even need the movie to recite every line. Plutonium was just needed in the first movie b/c Doc had not yet gone to the future and procured a Mr. Fusion which could generate the 1.21 GW with garbage. As for the car, i noticed its missing the switch just aft of the gear shifter that would turn the time circuits on.
The 412 doesn't need to be parked next to another car to look classy...it looks classy anywhere...its one of my favorite Ferraris.
anyone know where I can find a hover board, I heard they were real but not produced cause of the cost or something..........I am serious....it would be cool to have one........
Tomgor, The extensive write-up in the ebay add explains a lot about how this car could have come to be. It sure didn't look like something someone cobbled up in their garage. How many people have a Mr. Fusion sitting around!
