I have viewed many of your 348's throughout this site. And all of your cars look AWESOME!! I have noticed that some of you have the FERRARI badges on the front, directly in front of the doors. I have been told that this is not a factory option, but I really like the look of it. I am trying to decide whether or not to get them..on my newly purchased 348, but I would like to get some of your feedback as to go with the "metalic plaques" or the flat looking "decals" PLEASE POST YOUR IDEAS OR THOUGHTS AND POST SOME PICTURES FOR ME TOO !!!!

It is pretty much up to the owners preference as to whether shields should go on the car. Traditionally only the race cars had them but then they became an option on some street cars in the 90's. Many feel the shields need to be "earned" by your car.

I'm no expert so I went up to the left hand corner of the blue tool bar and clicked on "search". I typed in "shields". These are but three of many threads on the subject including when you should or should not put them on your car. Happy reading!

Cheapo magnetic sheilds are the way to go. You can remove them to wash the car or to go to a concourse, and you can slap 'em back on for a little bling. From normal viewing distances they look fine.
