Sounds like an NFA SBR, specifically prohibited from posession by ALL non-LEO/Military in CA. PERIOD.

Ie, this guy is either very connected, or FOS.

    Anyway:

    1) SU-16 .223 rifle with plenty of AR mags for it.
    2) Glock 34 9mm.
    3) FOOD.
    4) WATER
    5) CAR.
    6) Barrett M82-A1 semi .50BMG and 150round ammo can if I can.
    7) maybe laptop if possible.

Tom, I'm having a little bit of a hard time understanding if youre serious or sarcastic...of course those are allthe things I could think of that i would definitely like to grab (plus i have a truck so i could have room for all of it and much more) but if i had 3 minutes and only what i could carry, it would be phone, cash, "black book" dare i say it, ipod, Bible, and Rosary. and except for the Bible, my hands could still be free to help with my 4 family members and dog.

Given what's going on in N.O. I find the number of times guns have been mentioned on this thread makes my blood run cold...
So you think the guy with the biggest gun is going to inherit what's left of the earth?

Not necessarily the biggest gun. Just the guy who can hit the side of the barn AND has ammo! :)

Well, where I live, there would be no evacuation in case of disaster. Earthquakes tend to come on all at once and not lurk on the coast before coming in to party.

    Here's what I have:

1 month worth of canned food. Good enough for a summer disaster. A winter's worth of meat, provided it is cold enough outside to store it in the snow.

Water? Don't need. I live next to a clean source of water that flows all year. I do have purifiers packed away though.

    Guns, ammo. Enough of both.

Wind up radio, generator for short wave radio.

Pics of Salma Hayek and Sandra Bullock.

Enough cold weather clothes to last a lifetime.

    And a deck of cards.

Nope. The biggest gun will not inherit the Earth. The fastest draw and best shot will live to see another day. 44 mag, yo? What good is the caliber if you can't hit me with it? What good is a big caliber if it has an 8% less chance of first shot drop than a smaller caliber? 158 grain hollowpoint .357 here, 6 shooter. All these myopic peasants plinking at 25 yard ranges. I evaluate my pistoles at 100 yards. And this is no cowboy talk...spend a few days plinking at 100 yards and you too, will see the light.

well there are only a couple of them, and its considered one of the greatest world series wins of all time. Although i dont know after this years, but nonetheless its still in airlume that neither he nor any one in the family will sell. And the ted williams sighned ball, well its Ted Williams, find me a man who would not grab that.
