Mike,

The fuel filler line is the 2 1/4" wide hose that goes from the filler cap to the fuel tank. I replaced mine on the GT4, and it looks like it's the same or simlar procedure on the other 308 series cars.

This thread was from when I replaced mine. Note there is a diagram there from the parts manual.

I've been doing a lot of work in the fuel pump area, and have gotten up close and personal with the fuel lines. All look fairly new, nothing old from my inspection in the area of the fuel pump.

I've read about the importance of replacing the "fuel filler" line.

I do see two parallel vertical lines running up the left side near the pump--one is a gas overflow when gassing up, the other is the pump output / carb assembly fuel inputs.

Can somebody tell me which line is the fuel filler line?
