Joel,
I've only seen a handful of 328s with the Boxer trim. Any pics?

I Got my '86 in June of 1986, #60563, a very early 328 manufactured in july of 1985, and finished in a "Boxer" paint scheme, red/black, black interior. She has been my constant companion for 17 years. She was better looking than me then, and still is!!

I had more than one brat :-)
Yeah, next time you're over let me know. There are a few Fchat members here in the Ostschweiz.
And don't worry I like all that Von Daeniken stuff too...but don't tell anyone.
Cheers

Simon, have a brat on me will ya!
I'll be back in CH next May. Maybe we can get together on a drink? I want to visit that new Von Daeniken exhibition center (yeah I know it's all crap, but I love that stuff). Trogen to Chicago is a bit of a shock, true. Luckily I had Zurich and Basel in between...

Trogen to Chicago...I'm guessing there was a certain culture shock involved in that move.
So when do they have the alpfahrt there ;-)
BTW you've just missed the OLMA

Simon, I used to live in St. Gallen, Trogen and Wildhaus so the Saentis is like home to me and I know that slanted parking lot quite well. Didn't have a Ferrari when I lived there but my Honda CRX was fun racing up and down that road. Now I live in Chicago, where the highest elevation is a bridge...

Andreas
Yes it is Schwaegalp. How did you know that?
I live near the Bodensee so if I need a quick blast up a mountain to blow the cobwebs out my hair I can make a "quick" drive up to Sntis in the 328 or my Healey. I had trouble keeping up with my freind in his 355 though :-)
Where abouts are you?

The 251kph was on the autobahn on the way up to the Nordschleife so it was quite leagal...although its not a real police photo...it was take and "constructed" by the same guy following in his 355. It made me laugh though.
See ya

If I remember correctly, when I first bought my car I gave FNA a call. They said in 1986 10 were made in PRUGNA. Then in 1987,88,89 there were 14 more but i dont have the amt. per each year.

Is there any way we can find out how many cars were made in each color? I would like to see what is most popular (RED) down to the rarest color.

Tillman,
I didn't know the Verde Scuro 328 was still there. It actually looks good in person. I will be up there at FoD tomorrow - didn't expect to see it.

Simon, is that snowy picture taken in the Schwaegalp?

What about the police radar shot, did you get busted or did they provide this as a 'service'? 251 km/h would pretty much cost you your license.

A couple of pics of my 328.
Hope the one on the autobahn comes out, I think some of them are a bit too compressed now.

...this wasn't really from the police radar, it was cobbled together by a friend following in his 355, but it made me laugh.

I just thought of another color not represented.
In the 80's I saw a 328 at Shelton Ferrari in Ft. Lauderdale that was finished in Gold/Tan. :-)

Hi Bob,

Mine is on the list, posted by the previous owner, Lee Randle..location change to Herts, and number plate change since then.

Oh, and I get to play with it now which is way cooler than anything else.

OK Tillman,
Can you think of any non-red colors missing (that were actually on a 328)? Maybe another shade of blue or silver? I can't. There was a dark green one at FOD, but I dont know who bought it.

Seems we have all the colors covered.
