"An Evening Honoring Senna" - Wednesday, May 1st in Charlotte.

We are a few races into the F1 season (including a great day for the red at Adelaide)! As we continue on, we will be coming upon a solemn anniversary... May 1st will mark thirty years since Ayrton Senna's tragic accident at Imola. And also of course the loss of Roland Ratzenberger during qualifying that same weekend.

On Wednesday, May 1st, we are having "An Evening Honoring Senna".
6:30 pm

Former F1 mechanic and broadcaster Steve Matchett will reflect on his days competing against Senna while part of the Benetton team. Steve is also an acclaimed author and will do a live reading of his short story "Breaking Bread with Ayrton Senna". Afterwards Q&A will follow.

Unknown Charlotte has graciously offered to be our host venue for this event.
