Perhaps try calling HD TUNING? there is a thread from them. They seem to know what they are taking about (at least from the thread).

That happened to me with mine. Car software(which is about 50% of the car)went crazy. Would not start. Had it towed to Boardwalk and they had it fixed pronto. I cannot remember exactly what they attributed it to but they got it fixed and I it has not happened again.

Ferrari roadside assistance? That’s what I did when my Pista left me stranded by the side of the road.

If you have a generic code reader, scan the car and see what codes come up. If there is anything that shows up it will help us diagnose the issue. Very hard to guess without a code. Our usual trick is disconnect the 12v battery in an attempt to "battery reset," which should clear non-permanent faults. Note- do not touch or ever tamper with the hybrid battery or system that is very dangerous

Thanks for the info. I ordered a code reader.

  14. Just about every Ferrari dealer is near, or actually in, a major metropolitan area.

Hard to believe they can't get a flatbed to you in less than a couple of hours. And certainly not days away.

They prefer to use enclosed trailers around me. so many rocks on road in winter. I'm sure you are correct that a traditional flat bed could be secured quicker. but as dealer was closed I'm not sure what they would do with the car at night?
