Here's the simple fact. I joined as a sponsor and had the creative idea of listing my cars in my own forum. Roy copied my idea, how long have you been a sponsor?, which is fine. He then tried to intimidate me as he's obviously worried that we are going to cut into his sales. The easy solution there is to lower you prices.

Just as a note, my friend is the one who purchased this car on my advice. He cannot be happier with the purchase and recommends Roy to everyone that asks him about the car. He bought it because of how up front Roy was with everything after taking the prior damage into consideration.
With all due respect and no hard feelings and all of that other disclaimer stuff.... 1) Having a sub-forum is hardly a new idea. It's done on tons of forums.. it's not like you invented it 2) In business, competition often/always copies your practices or products. I don't think you should get so angry about it. It's just business 3) If you are not dealer B, I don't think engaging in this peeing match is doing either of you any favors. As they say "you wresle in mud, you both get dirty". Just my honest .02

There are many threads about you on that board that portray you in very negative light. It's no surprise that you were banned. I hope other members will see you for what you are. Hey I'm all for competition. I have no problems if everyone created their own forum. What I have a problem with is some tool that I don't know from Adam sending me an email first thing in the morning blasting how I listed one of my cars. Then I see his poor little old me post and lost it.
i myself had two bad experiences with roy and dont know anything about this story but i bet its good. i got banned for a while because i called out roy too many times for what i think he is and represent as a used car dealer and apparently it did not sit well with the mods. whether him being a sponsor here had anything to do with who knows? but my suggestion to you is , if you have anything on him then just expose him for what he is and move on.
