    does anyone know where on the ferrari website where one finds the workshop manual or manual in general?

    I have the 308GT4 workshop manual in pdf format if that's any help.

    GT4 parts manual too...same format.

    i have that as well pp.....but the ferrari.com site is difficult to navigate (much like the way they make their new cars) I need a 308 gtb one

    On the Ferrari website you have to register to be able to download only the owners manual for your own car

    If you look around the internet a few people allegedly have posted some of these manuals for viewing only - for example http://ferrari.stevejenkins.com/ - other sites have been listed here before - try search 'download pdf' or similar

    Oh and there never was a 308 GTB carb workshop manual - only GT4 & QV

    The workshop manual or parts book are not available from the Ferrari site, only the owners manual (which you've probably got anyway).
    There is no specifc GTB workshop manual, the GT4 workhsop manual is the one that covers all the V8 carbie cars. In my experience you really need the relevant parts book for the car as well, as they give you the exploded diagrams as to what goes exactly where, which is not show in the service manual.
