Running Bug List

Here is running bug list for everyone to reference so that we do we don't have duplicates in test/feedback thread. I will update with new bugs periodically and post again as thread goes on...

Bugs In progress - OPEN

1. old style, iphone 6, navigation cut off and right side extra margin/white space
2. User not seeing certain thread(s)
3. All images should show inline, no other options (thumbnails).
4. Auto Embed should insert at the end of the post, not where cursor is. Inserts in middle of sentence sometimes...
5. User does not have subscription, but in in subscribed user group
6. User is "unconfirmed/unregistered" despite valid email and user upgrade

Outside Development - OPEN

1. way to sort thread so newest posts show first? - not an option on new software, new development? should be an option like vB, default old to new, but allow users to configure new to old.
2. Collapse User Information in Posts" option does not work - does not work with our theme, requires extra development
3. change links posted in threads from http to https - requires 4 hours develop time to run script
4. vbulletin style, no way to collapse forums - new development?
5. Explore custom avatar options
6. Better use of preview button- quoted 1 hour
7. sponsor page not mobile friendly - quoted 30 min, under development

Inside Development - OPEN

1. Mobile Responsive Ads - we can do inhouse
2. Moderator User Ban Tool - we can add inhouse
3. News page - original content and also link in Ferrari content from partners.
4. Need browser icon for FerrariChat, not the XenForo one / mobile and desktop shortcut.
5. thread title tags didn't come over (need same title tags). - thread prefixes in admin
6. Shouldn’t be able to IMG tag or embed remote image links, ALL images should be forced to be uploaded to server (Full Image). - MetaMirror add on
7. Old style with Chrome mobile Sponsor bars large and look out of place.
8. Sponsors page opens in new tab? Supposed to? - for new developer

Manual - admin/mod can fix case by case:

1. some characters did not translate NürScud changed to NÃ1Ž4rScud (may have affected many users, very important)

14. Need to show all User Groups in post header correctly. - Fixed.
15. Preview Posts - in quick reply must select more options.
16. All subscriptions (Upgrades) not showing - Fixed.
17. mobile user info on top of username/title - Fixed!
18. avatar crops automatically on ipad - happens on all touch devices, can edit on desktop
19. have the media types been updated with the new design? - supported file types are zip, txt, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg, jpe, and gif
20. user's websites don't go to correct url - user has broken url, must have "www."
21. normal/wide view toggle not on ipad? - not needed, sidebar always at bottom on ipad
22. shouldn’t have automatic payments with subscriptions. - fixed.
23. get back to top of page from bottom. - fixed, button appears bottom right when scrolling
24. deleting conversations? - conversation check box > other actions > leave conversation
25. nonsubscribed between post ads link them to upgrade- fixed.
    
26. user garages need to be transferred - not part of new site.
    
27. don’t like right side of screen, becomes wasted space - fixed old and new style.
28. Missing Cats Exotics subforum under LamborghiniChat. - fixed
29. bottom 300 x 250 placement - rework design - fixed, removed
30. Ads not displaying correctly. - fixed, just need mobile responsive
31. limit text number of characters (200 characters) and images sponsor signatures (70 pixel vertical). - fixed
32. Post header mobile, old style, user info line breaks need fixing - fixed
33. silver and other users have signature and shouldn't, just Rossa level, Sponsors, and Mods/Admins. - fixed

39. “Security risk” issue, some times browsers says site is unsafe - make sure using https
40. Server errors in admin log. - related to email, should be fixed now.

52. display more then 20 posts per page (old site had option for 100) - changed to 50, but development required to be option for users. - fixed, users can now choose 10, 25, 50, 100.
53. Log in problems, won't log in, loops back to home page (force https) - fixed
54. image autoembed bug - tapatalk issue?
55. Upgrade nav button does not stay highlighted. - fixed
56. Links to threads in 360/430 DIY sticky broken - fixed
57. registered users without any posts should not be able to start conversations - fixed
58. Media embed, clicking goes to new page, but needs to pop up or new tab/window - fixed
59. Make better use of bottom space, move blocks around - fixed
60. Temporary ban migration issue - fixed with access to old site
61. can’t search 3 character terms “250 gto” - fixed

Since everyone can change numbers of posts per page, links may be different depending on each user settings.
