I've removed my front trunk liners to make some repairs. While they were out I looked over everything under the top liner nearest the windshield. On the passenger's side next to the HVAC air intake box there is a small fuse and relay panel. So far I can't find them in the parts diagrams. There are 4 relays and 4 fuses. Two 30 amp fuses are nearest the windshield followed by a .3 amp fuse. The last fuse nearest the front is missing. What size is it supposed to be? What are these fuses and relays for? The HVAC system?

These are the ABS relays and fuses, two are 30 A and one is 3 A. The empty socket should be kept empty. A 7.5 A fuse is inserted into it only for ABS diagnostics.

Thanks. That's good to know. You say the small fuse is 3 amps. When I looked at mine, I thought it said .3 amps but maybe I misread it. .3 amps is certainly small. I'll look again. Are you sure its 3 amps and not .3 amps?

My mistake. It is a 3 amp fuse. Now that I think about it, a .3 amp fuse would be ridiculously small.

Now I see another single 30 amp fuse below this group. Is this for the HVAC?

If it's a 30 amp fuse hanging loose below the other fuses then yes, this is the famous HVAC hidden fuse.

Check it's condition carefully as it's prone to melting and causing issues.
